Will we meet you before the wedding?
I have never shot a wedding where I haven’t met the couple beforehand. But if possible, we can utilize the power of the Internet to have a face-to-face virtual meeting or some sort. I’m well aware that I’m sharing one of the most precious days of your lives, and I think it’s important that we have a relationship before it begins. With this in mind, we would normally have two meetings.
The first catch up is a great opportunity to meet each other and ensure we get along well. We’ll usually discuss preliminary ideas about locations and photography styles and have a bit of a brainstorm. The fact that by business is home base I usually meet my clients at a nearby Starbucks that is convenient for them. Just Text or email me the address.
The second meeting is usually a 2-5 month before the wedding when you’ve had more time to think about those initial ideas and how you want your day to run. It is a time to discuss all the details and fine-tune the day of wedding timeline and approach. From there, you don’t need to do anything except practice your smiles and be yourself!
How many of my wedding photos I will receive?
After the wedding, I go through all the and delete the doubles, the out of focus ones. Color correct, crop, adjust brightness and do minor skin edits at all. Once that, which usually takes me up to 6-8 weeks. You usually end up with between 600-1200 images.
How long after the wedding day will I get my photos back?
You will receive your photos approximately 6-8 weeks after the wedding. If your package comes with a Flush Album, it will take an additional two month, Once you select your favorites for the album and approves your wedding album templates. In slower times of the year, it may be quicker.
How does the online gallery work?
I will upload all your wedding photos online where you will have the ability to order prints and download your wedding images before the final products.
What’s the booking process and how does payment work?
I have a three payment plan that I find to be easier on both ends. Once you receive my wedding packages or review them and make a decision that you would like to go with me for your special day. We will set-up a meeting at any Starbucks to discuss any lingering questions you want answers to, ideas and wedding locations. You will receive a welcome packet, which includes all the information you will need as far as photography. On that given day you will pay a secured deposit of $500. 4-5 months before the wedding half of the remaining balance is due, That’s when we schedule a 2nd Meeting where you will also have the timeline ready for review. 3—4 weeks before your BIG DAY the remaining balance is due. Please feel free to pay as much as you can.
Are you insured and do you have backup gear?
Yes Of course. I always bring two-camera body with me. A Nikon D600 and Nikon D750 along with seven different lenses. And Back up all my images online after shooting your wedding. I can also provide your venue with proof of insurance upon request.
Do you have any limit on coverage time?
It all depends on the wedding package you chose. But my wedding collections typical time is 8hrs of coverage. I don't limit myself as far as time; I’m here to document your DAY. That’s the reason I have no other wedding or shoots that day but yours. In other words I'M ALL YOURS!!! :)
What are your wedding Collections(packages)?
My Collections range from $2000-$5,500. Please feel free to contact me for more info on my packages.
Do you Travel?
Love has no limit, neither do I!! I will go anywhere to document your day. Travel and accommodation expenses will be an additional cost to the chosen wedding package.
We love your work, how do we book?!
To book me for your day you will just need a signed contract and $750 retainer. I look forward to working with you!
